RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Sorano, we want you to love your frames.
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
30-DAY RETURNS
You may return your Sorano sunglasses within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in their original condition
- Have no scratches, marks or signs of wear
- Be returned with the original packaging and accessories
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item before processing your refund or exchange.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
FREE RETURNS
We provide a return shipping label for eligible returns.
Please contact us at info@soranobrand.com with your order number and we’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping label.
EXCHANGES
Changed your mind about your frame?
We’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
The replacement item will be shipped once the original sunglasses have been received and inspected.
If the replacement item has a different value, we’ll let you know if there is any difference to be paid or refunded.
BUY 1 GET 1 FREE ORDERS
Our Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion allows you to receive a second pair at no additional charge.
If you wish to return an order purchased as part of a Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion, both pairs must be returned together to receive a full refund.
If only one pair is returned, the promotional discount will no longer apply and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
This ensures that the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer is applied fairly and consistently.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
We’ll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
