What makes Sorano Sunglasses different?
Each pair is designed to feel born from light: clean silhouettes, distinctive lens tints and everyday-ready acetate.
Do the lenses offer UV protection?
Yes. All Sorano sunglasses are made for days in the light, with lenses designed to cut glare while keeping colour rich and true. They are everyday sunwear, not prescription eyewear.
How do I choose a shape that suits me?
Round and oval frames such as Vesper and Helios soften angular features. Squarer, geometric styles like Phoenix and Obsidian add structure. If you like a vintage-meets-now look, start with tortoise and green, for a sharper street feel, go black with brown or amber lenses.
Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
Orders are fulfilled for our UK and international customers in the UK.
South African order are despatched from South Africa
Deliveries typically arrive within a few working days after dispatch. International timings vary by destination and customs. You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
Is shipping free?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. We do offer free shipping based on order value. Watch the homepage banner for current offers, including Buy 1 Get 1 Free on sunglasses, which can make adding a second pair especially worthwhile.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If the order has not yet been dispatched, email us at Info@soranobrand.com with your order number and the updated address. Once a parcel is in transit we cannot redirect it, so please double-check details at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Unworn sunglasses in original condition can be returned according to our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please keep the case, cloth and packaging. Start a return via the policy page in the footer
Can I exchange for another style?
Yes, subject to stock. If Helios is not quite right, we can help you move to Vesper, Phoenix or another frame in the collection. Mention the style you want when you write to us so we can check availability first.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is outlined in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Faulty or incorrect items are handled at no extra cost to you.
How does Buy 1 Get 1 Free work?
Add two pairs of sunglasses to your bag during the promotion and the second pair is free at checkout, as shown on the site banner. The offer applies to all sunglasses while it is live. Mix styles freely, for example Obsidian with Helios.
Which currencies and payments do you accept?
The store can display local currencies such as GBP and ZAR depending on your location. We accept major cards plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Shop Pay at checkout.
When will I be charged?
Payment is taken when you place the order. You will receive an email confirmation immediately, then a second note when your sunglasses ship.

Product pages list the silhouette and feel of each frame. If you are between shapes, tell us whether you prefer a round classic like Vesper or a tighter oval like Helios and we will point you to the closest match.
